think differently

A reboot kickstarts thinking differently about the world we live in...

What's your reboot?

@IamEllenKelli

All my songs are based on real life experiences & people. When I need to refresh my mind I take walks in nature.

@Danathan James

I get most of my inspiration from a combination of seeing other people’s perspective on life and keeping an optimistic outlook on life, and I mix that with the dramatization of a cinematic way of storytelling, which allows me to see my own life as its own story.

@KameoCA

I am finding that I need to do something physical in order to get moving. It can be a chore or a walk

@tlcmma

With some freshly ground coffee, made with a French press

@D_anne1015

One thing that inspired me on the last trip that I went to (Philippines) was the generosity of the local people.

@BryanGenesse

The thought that I can impact people through words. Make them laugh, cry, cheer, and boo, while taking them on journey.

If you spend your time focusing on the things that are wrong, and that's what you express and project to people you know, you don't become a source of growth for people, you become a source of destruction for people.

@my_story4now

I start my days early because I live in Saudi. First thing I do every morning drink a full glass of water. Then walk my dog and cat (yes cat) 4:30 am. Then drink my ketones. Workout. Answer messages. Shower, have breakfast then start the day.

@StuartSimon

No doubt what inspires me most is everything related to technology and what I have lived personally in this last year. Those things really inspire me.

@teawithmike

The magic and mystery of the Georgian Theatre Royal, a historical Georgian playhouse.

@Stevan Diaz

Loved the redesign of @BuffaloRoseCO & Love the performance of @RyanMcGarvey

@K_McKerrington

I have #arthritis so my imagination soon created a world of characters and that made me write.

@jzpitts

Acts of heroism. Sacrifice. A thoughtful, well done piece of art.

@phebeanamusan

My passion for writing started when I was very much younger. I used to be an introvert and writing was a medium for me to express myself. But right now, I use writing to share my views and educate others.

We want you to be inspired about some the amazing stuff that is actually going on in the world that we just don’t see or hear about in our daily media feed or press sources.

@ankitjaine

Exploring the culture and meeting new people inspires me the most. I also like to explore local cuisine and major eating joints.

@TheNathanOne

You can just build it. No need to ask permission, no need to get funding. The tech is allowing that. Social mobility at its finest. What’s odd to me is so few people see that opportunity. We all should work on something we’re passionate about every day.

The interpretation of "ikigai" is to find value in life or discovering your self purpose.

Discover your self purpose

Anita

Snuggling under a blanket with a good book!

@DAttico

Kindness and goodwill from strangers. Helping just because it’s the right thing to do. That inspires me and gives me hope in uncertain times. That feeling when you help —that’s part of the force also!

@ChariseSowells

A nice long walk through my neighbourhood

@teawithmike

The rush of adrenaline of a roller coaster ride at Disneyland, the happiest place on earth.

@SC_Nocks

I have always loved writing, but to seriously dedicate myself to it has been about cataloging the experiences of real people for readers to connect with. I love the challenge of creating a world from the ground up, and giving it life.

@RealPMakepeace

I just love being creative, always have done. Whether that is writing, cooking, baking, doing art or photography, acting, etc. I have always just loved it and felt drawn to it. I find that it is a way to express myself, and the things I enjoy. But also just to be myself.

@JustinBrimhall

I always enjoyed writing and telling stories from a young age, which stemmed from reading a lot as a child. That enjoyment continued to grow as I became older and now it’s what I’m most passionate about.

@richardbist

When I was a kid, comic books didn't come out fast enough for me, so I started writing and drawing my own. The rest...is history.

@harmony_kent

I was born writing, lol. As soon as I got old enough, I was making up stories. I'm a multi-genre author, and my favourite depends upon my mood at the time. If I had to choose, I'd say dystopian/post-apocalyptic and spooky.

@sprocket_blvd

Helping people, telling stories (through film and photography mostly), and working to build a brighter future.

@nigewillson

It started many years ago typing code into a 1Kb ZX81 and things just went on from there, but now i am more interested in the intersection of technology and humanity as we look to ensure that everyone benefits from the tech revolution !

Why do we love the smell of rain ?

@SCEston

So many... but the most? My wife and children first and foremost. Then, my alpha reader. He puts so much effort in my stories, and I really don't want to disappoint. Finally, readers and authors who believes in me (2 comes readily to mind: @BowieChuck and @hudson_allan - Thanks!)

Gervin Khan

As a mom and an entrepreneur, I always look to my kids as my biggest inspiration and motivation. Having a delicious coffee in the morning helps me to become more productive.

@MelonyEveridai

Life. Everything I see, hear, feel, touch, and smell is inspiration.

No excuses
My father was battling stage four liver and colon cancer. Through his positive mindset and being active he beat the colon cancer but unfortunately I lost him five years ago because the liver was to far gone. During his time alive he rolled a 230 pound tractor tire through the city of Evansville, Indiana. He motivated me and others he encountered. After chemo treatment he would come home, eat and take off for the day. He was dying still rolled his tire so now I honestly feel like there is no longer no excuses why we can’t take control of our health.
